Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, providing a warm, professional, and luxurious experience.
- Guide clients through the sales process for our curated collection of fine jewelry.
- Manage the intake of jewelry repairs, accurately documenting client needs and providing estimates using our standardized pricing system.
- Operate our Point-of-Sale (POS) system for sales, returns, and client management.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting showroom appearance.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):
- You have proven experience in a retail or direct client-facing role. You are a "people person" through and through.
- You possess a warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping people celebrate life's important moments.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a sharp eye for detail.
- You are tech-savvy and proficient with computers, including POS systems, MS Word, and professional email correspondence.
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity, reliability, and personal responsibility.
Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience specifically in fine jewelry retail.
- A foundational understanding of the custom jewelry design process.
