Fine Jewelry Sales Associate at Atlanta Diamond Design

Atlanta Diamond Design is a fine jewelry store with two locations in Johns Creek and Cumming Georgia.  We specialize in custom jewelry design, repair, fine and fashion jewelry.  We are looking to expand our team in Cumming and need an outgoing result-driven sales associate to join our crew.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client guidance, and offer exemplary customer service.
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Help customers find the products they are looking for by providing product knowledge and features & Benefits
• Save customers time by being proactive when they need assistance in making a decision
• Handle customer inquiries about special promotions or deals available
• Team members should work to achieve goals, create a happy workplace, and support each other.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Understanding the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree
• BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
• Experience in the jewelry field is a plus
